Justice. Streets are safe. Payback. When a military defector (Judd Nelson) gives dangerous people new superweapons, metallurgist John Henry Irons (O'Neal) promises to take them all. With the help of an electronics expert (Annabeth Gish) and a creative scrap metal worker (Richard Roundtree), Irons becomes Steel. When he can solve the faults in his untested gear, he'll be ready to go to war in full body armor, a deadly electrohammer, and a gadget-packed motorcycle. "You all be cool now," the good-guy hero tells two of the rescued criminals. Before Steel himself can start chilling, there will be a lot of thrillin'.
