Shuffle's Story! Follows the life span a normal seventeen-year-old second-year high school student who finds himself sought after with a variety of girls, of R IN Tsuchimi. Eight years prior to the story's start, he lost his parents in a car crash that also took the life of the mum of Kaede Fuyou. From that point onwards, he also began living with her. At roughly exactly the same time he lost his parents, he also met with Nerine and Lisianthus at times who each were also accompanying their fathers on a business in the world. Each girl became lost afterwards drifting through the world that was individual. After playing them for a day during that time, each girl was befriended by R IN. As a result of his kindness, R IN finds himself because the possible union offender for both Lisianthus and Nerine, the allies of the king of the gods and king of the demon worlds, that recently move to Rin's school at the beginning of the narrative.
