Shooting Stars is a British tv comedy panel game broadcast on BBC Two as a pilot in 1993, then as 3 full string from 1995 to 1997, afterward on BBC Choice in January to December 2002 with 2 string before time for BBC 2 for a second 3 string from 2008 until its dip in 2011. Created and hosted by double-act Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer, it utilizes the panel screen format but with the comedians' frequently slap stick, surreal and anarchic humour doesn't rely upon rules to be able to function, with the pair apparently ignoring existing principles or formulating new ones and if the mood takes them.
