Monsters

Monsters is just a syndicated horror anthology series which originally conducted from 1988 to 1991 and also re ran during the 1990s. At the time of 2011, Monsters airs on NBC Universal's horror/suspense-themed cable station Chiller in weekday marathons that are irregular. In a very similar vein to Tales from the Darkside, Monsters shared exactly the same manufacturer, as well as in some ways succeeded the show. It differed in some respects. This series was strictly horror while Tales sometimes dabbled in stories of fantasy and science fiction. As its name implies, each incident of Monsters featured to , weapon-wielding laboratory rats that were mutated by the puppet of a children's tv program. Very similar to Tales, but the stories in Monsters were action plots that are very straightforward and contained some twist by in, often with gruesome consequences. Increasing the is an expression of humor lost on horror productions which can in many cases added to this production's eeriness lighten the viewer's mood but in some instances.
