Dragon Booster

Dragon Booster is a Canadian animated show that aired for the first time in 2004. It tells the narrative of Artha Penn, a young stable boy who rides the legendary dragon Beaucephalis. He becomes a Dragon Booster, a hero who saves the world from the coming war between humans and dragons and brings humans and dragons together for good. Many of the characters have names that come from King Arthur stories. The name Artha Penn is a pun on the name Arthur Pendragon. Lance Penn is for Lancelot, and Moordryd is for Mordred Le Fey. This show is made with CGI that looks like cel shading. Fans have started many online petitions in the hopes of getting Dragon Booster Academy to continue in a second season. The show hasn't made any new episodes and has no plans to do so because it was cancelled.
