Count Duckula

Count Duckula is a spinoff from DangerMouse, a show in which the Count Duckula character proved to be a villain, horror, comedy tv show created by studio Cosgrove Hall and a British children's play. The show aired on 6 September 1988 and was produced by Thames Television for three series and Central Television for the last and fourth show. In all, 65 episodes were created, and each approximately 22 minutes . All 65 episodes have been released to DVD in britain, while only the very first show has been released in the united states. Both the show and its characters continue to get a sizable following online. The show has been just a loose parody of this story of Count Dracula. Place in Transylvania, Duckula lives in a spooky castle known as Castle Duckula alongside his nanny that is large and his butler Igor. Almost every one the characters in the show are anthropomorphised birds.
