A young couple goes to a shabby Eastern European hospital for plastic surgery, and it's not very clean. The young woman wants to get her breasts down. Mom comes along, too. She gets a new facelift. The boyfriend is walking through an empty ward when he comes across a young woman who has been gagged and strapped to an operating table. She is the result of an experimental rejuvenation treatment. In this story, the virus spreads because he freed her. Doctors, patients, and his mother-in-law all become zombies because of the virus.
