Akira Inugami is the only survivor of a clan of ancient werewolves who depends on his superordinary powers to address mystical criminal offenses. After a collection of bloody murders committed by a hidden force, Inugami discovers a conspiracy theory entailing a killed cabaret singer, corrupt politicians, and also a plot by the J-CIA to gather his blood in order to swipe his lycanthropic powers!
