The Scythian Lamb

Based upon a manga created by Tatsuhiko Yamagami, the tale is embeded in a previous port community Uobuka, where 6 former crooks were sent to live there by the government, with the intent of re-socialising them. Besides minority that know about the project, the general townsfolk has no idea of the previous convicts' identities. Tsukisue is the enjoyable and also reliable municipal authorities put in charge of the programme. As he gradually learns about their past, a body is found.
