The Adventure of Denchu-Kozo

Hikari is a victim of bullying and teasing from the other boys at school due to the fact that he has an electrical pole sprouting out of his back. However, Momo, one of his classmates, comes to his aid. Hikari expresses his gratitude by giving her his secret possession: a time machine. Then, he starts the time machine, which sends him 25 years into the future's gloomy, dismal world. There, he confronts members of the Shinsengumi Vampire Gang in pursuit of Dr. Sariba, who turns out to be Momo's future self. She explains to Hikari that she had been anticipating his coming from the past for a long time and that he has an important role to play in saving the world.
