Tim (High Cliff Richard) is an effective ambitious young investor working for a London Vendor financial institution, but even his happy-go-lucky attitude is badly jolted when he is sent to Birmingham rather than his guaranteed New york city for his posting! But funny reigns when the resourceful financial institution manager helps a not successful Birmingham restaurant take on its opponents by introducing a new junk food - the Brumburger!
