Spud

It's South Africa 1990. Two main events are about to happen: The release of Nelson Mandela and it's Spud Milton's first year at an elite boys just private boarding school. John Milton is really a boy from a typical desktop who wins a scholarship to a school in kwazulunatal, South Africa. Surrounded by boys with nicknames like Gecko, Rambo, Rain Man and Mad Dog, Spud gets his hands full trying to adapt to his new home. Spud takes his first steps across the way to manhood. (The trail it seems might be a quite long road). Spud is a single child. He is murdered out of well beyond also a granny and the lunatic fringe. His daddy is a fervent anti communist who's paranoid that a shebeen is being run by the household domestic worker out of her room at the back of the home.
