Emma has worked for everything she has and takes pride in the basic life she has made for herself as an orphan raised by her grandma. She's always desired an ideal marriage, but has a history of disastrous relationships. When she begins a romance with the wealthy Ted, a man she's always admired from afar, and says yes to marrying him, she believes she's finally found her soul mate and is immediately thrust into a much more luxurious world than she's used to. Ted's seductive twin brother Frank, whose feelings for her extend beyond family admiration, is also a part of that world. While Ted used his inheritance to launch a successful global technology company, Frank took the opposite approach, traveling the country and leaving a trail of run-ins with the law and one-night stands.
