Sicilian Vampire

Equivalent proportions Sicilian Vampire, like Goodfellas and Dusk till Dawn, depicts the story of notorious mobster Sonny Traficante, who hoped to go to the family hunt lodge for some peace and leisure and to create some memories. Rather than that, he received a night he will never forget. Sonny is bitten upon arrival at the lodge by a bat that was freed from a jar of bananas they brought up. The bat bites Sonny's neck viciously and then flies away into the night. From that point forward, Sonny is endowed with supersonic hearing, increased vision, superhuman strength, and even the ability to communicate with the dead. Sonny now feels a responsibility to rectify the wrongs in his life and defend those he loves as a result of these heightened senses. He initially rejects his newly acquired abilities, but eventually accepts his fate.
