Three sailors - Gabey, Chip and Ozzie - let onto a 24hour pass New York and the Big Apple won't be the same! Gabey falls head over heels for"Miss Turnstiles of the Month" (he thinks she is a highsociety deb when she is really a'cooch warrior in Coney Island). Innocent Processor gets highjacked (literally) with way of a female taxi driver.
