It's no secret that Lewis Cutterman, a highly esteemed neurosurgeon, is married with two lovely daughters who run the household business. They are well-liked members of the neighborhood. It's just a routine visit by a solicitor, but the family has invited him over to their house for supper, when the solicitor is drugged by them. An unsuspecting solicitor wakes up to find out that the kid's family business is to sell their internal organs to desperate patients.
