Made in Abyss: Journey's Dawn

The mysterious Abyss is an inhospitable and lethal location. Despite the perils, it continues to captivate the imagination of explorers such as Riko, who wants to follow in her mother's footsteps by becoming a Cave Raider and trains diligently to do so. Riko is informed that her mother perished in the Abyss, but a mystery note informs her that her mother may still be alive. Riko embarks on a journey with Reg, a humanoid robot kid, in order to discover the truth about her mother's fate. Together, they will determine whether they have what it takes to survive in an environment where so many others have perished.
