Lover's Discourse

In a densely populated metropolis like Hong Kong, ex-lovers are more likely to bump into each other. An ex-couple gets together for one night to chat about their past, present, and future plans. One of the city's laundry-shop girls harbors romantic feelings for one of her customers and spends her days daydreaming about going on adventures with an inanimate replica of him. Po, meanwhile, runs into a childhood buddy and reminisces about the days of him as a youngster and the obsession he had with his best friend's mother when he was younger. After a long absence, Po receives an unexpected message from an unknown source, who claims to know something important about two people he knows well.
