Human Desire

Jeff Warren, a vet arriving to his railroad engineer's job, boards at your home of Alec Simmons and is charmed by Alec's beautiful girl. He's attracted immediately to Vicki Buckley, railroad supervisor's sultry wife Carl Buckley, an alcoholic wife beater having a hairtrigger temper and penchant for violence that was explosive. Jeff becomes drawn by the seductive Vicki that is compulsively to some sordid affair. After Buckley is terminated for insubordination, he begs her to intercede together with John Owens, a rich and powerful businessman whose sway will make him reinstated.
