High Strung

In the morning, Thane Furrows, a very cynical but unintentionally amusing children's book writer, wakes up and, because just much everyone and everything annoys him, he begins another day of complaining to himself. Thane, on the other hand, begins to receive unusual phone calls, letters, and voices in his brain, all of which indicate that something will happen at 8 o'clock that day, and the day proves to be considerably different than normal. Thane rants and raves about the things that irritate him throughout the day, as the clock creeps closer and closer to his doom.
