Cult

A documentary crew travels to a small English village to document the lives of the infamous cult 'Friends at the End.' F.A.T.E was once a burgeoning cult, but membership has plummeted after a 1950s doomsday forecast was underestimated. F.A.T.E has been linked to the disappearances of former members in previous years, and their leader, Daniel Love, has gone into self-imposed exile, and their crops are failing this year. The potatoes are the exception. In order to raise funds, the gang recruits Rachel from a local rehab center. Rachel gives the gang a new lease on life, and when she turns lifelong member Comet's head, old bonds begin to fray. The group's beliefs are put to the test as the comet that F.A.T.E believes will herald the end of the world approaches. New information emerges that jeopardizes the cult's goals.
