In the beginning, when a newlywed American couple goes on their honeymoon to India, they don't know that they're going to have the time of their lives! In the past, a huge ruby from the time of the Indian Maharajas has been stolen and put in the backpacks of the American people. When the bad guys figure this out, they kidnap the wife and force her to marry them. His Indian friend, played by a well-known Tamil Indian actor, has to go out and save her.
