Across the Line

Out of the approximately 600 players in the National Hockey League, thirty are now all Black. A hockey phenom from the rural Black area of North Preston, mattie Slaughter, really wants to make it thirty one. Mattie needs to maintain his nose clean and prevent trouble, to reach his goal. Hard to do though, when you go to a school at which every interaction is tainted by racism, your older brother is just a hustler and you are crushing on a girl who installed.
