The River Thief
Diz (Joel Courtney) is a rash teenage drifter living life busy. He stands out for himself and does not accept handouts. He takes anything he conducts and wants. Jaded and chose to answer to no one, Diz lives a lifetime marked with abandonment and thievery. If he floats to a tiny town on the Snake River, Matters alter for Diz. There he's faced with an unflappable old man called Marty and drops for the guarded grand-daughter of Marty. When Diz robs a mad, he becomes the owner of a huge pile of cash and the target of two vicious killers. With criminals at his heels, and more income than he knows what to do together, Diz sets individuals he's learned to care about. But some things bought or can not be stolen. The River Thief can be a film about guilt, self sacrifice, and accepting life as a present.
