Since the beginning of his career, Neeyln has been a devoted enforcer for crime boss Harris in London, taking care of difficulties and those who interfere with his unlawful activities. In the course of completing a business transaction with an old acquaintance — American oilman Preston — Harris and Preston find themselves in the untamed highlands of West Virginia.
