Summer of '67
Summer of '67, based on true events, vividly depicts the chaotic 1960s and the challenges endured by men and women affected by the Vietnam War. Milly (Rachel Schrey), a young wife and mother, is forced to live with her mother-in-law while her husband Gerald (Cameron Gilliam) is deployed aboard the USS Forrestal. Kate (Bethany Davenport) is forced to choose between her high school sweetheart Peter (Christopher Dalton) and her new hippy boyfriend Van (Sam Brooks). Ruby Mae (Sharonne Lanier) finds true love with Reggie (Jerrold Edwards), only to have him taken away by the draft. Each women must decide whether or not their boyfriend will return, and if he does, will life ever be the same again?
