A hardcore cop's (Sylvester Stallone) apparently delicate mother (Estelle Getty) comes to stay together and progressively interferes in his own entire life. She buys him an illegal mac10 system pistol and starts poking around in his authorities cases. Finally, the movie draws to some denouement involving the title of the film and also the revelation that although she seems delicate and helpless she's capable of strong action in some conditions, i.e. if her son is jeopardized by thugs and she shoots herself in the shoulder.
