Jackie Turner can be a college student, that abandoned was mistreated and starved as a young kid. The holidays continue to be quite debilitating for her, Even though her entire life has turned around. Facing another holiday break Jackie takes an ad on Craigslist for The ONE xmas Wish - a family for Christmas - and even offers to pay $8 an hour. For her surprise, answers flood in. One of the many heart felt invitations and letters of support, she hears out of adults struggling with the overwhelming emptiness that accompanies spending the holidays. Moved and inspired, Jackie decides to throw a Christmas party - with the last minute help of friends, her advisor and encourage group - to locate families for all those people that finds herself you too well, and emailed her.
