A mysterious creature destroys 70% of the moon. The creature warns that when he is not crushed by March of the following year, then Earth is likely to soon be next. The creature demands that he becomes the homeroom teacher for tier eclass in Kunugigaoka Junior High School. The federal government is helpless to say no. The creature then becomes the homeroom teacher of 3rd tier E group that consists of failed students including Nagisa Shiota (Ryosuke Yamada). The creature is called Teacher Koro. The federal government asks that the students attempt to kill Teacher Koro though he possesses powers. The federal government offers a 10 billion yen reward for whom ever kills him. The students are bemused by the situation, but opt to kill Teacher Koro. If their class begins with Teacher Koro, the students finds themselves with a fantastic time.
