The series abounds was published by crime writer Lynda La Plante. The producer was Verity Lambert. The haunting music which was heard at periods during series 1 and in the final credits of Widows 2, is"What Is Life tome minus Thee" in the poster L'Orfeo, sung here by Kathleen Ferrier.
