Love in Sadness

Love's essence is vanishing and becoming increasingly difficult to achieve. Will there be love that is sad and forlorn merely for the sake of love in this day and age? Love in Sadness is a love story that captures the mythical-like fate of love that defies all boundaries. Love triumphs over what the world believes, ignoring the grief and anguish that comes with it, and pursuing its destiny. Ma Ri is a gorgeous girl in the drama who is married into money and appears to have everything she wants. Ironically, her husband, In Wook, who appears to be the perfect husband, is a severely abusive obsessive crazy. She seeks aid from Jung Won, an honest, educated, and gorgeous plastic surgeon, when he pushes her too far. They fall in love after he offers to assist her in escaping her husband's grasp. But In Wook, obsessed by his desire for her, will not let her go. Keep an eye on these two individuals as they try to stay on their difficult path to love.
