Arctic Circle

An old cottage in the lonely and wintery backcountry of Finland is searched by Finnish policewoman, Nina Kautsalo, who discovers two prostitute bodies, while a third remains in critical condition. When a rare and dangerous virus is detected in the bloodwork of the surviving woman, the investigation takes a surprising turn. When the Finnish Bureau of Investigation takes over the case, German virologist Thomas Lorenz is called in to help find and stop the virus. Nina and Thomas must depend on each other if they want to save the people they love in the Arctic Circle. What's more important? Is it a virus that's spreading or is there a serial killer out there?
