The Delinquent

Chung, the delivery boy, rings a bell for a martial arts school in the neighborhood. When he hits a bag and kicks out the instructor for his money, he demonstrates that he, too, is a kung fu student. Chung leads a difficult existence. He is continuously nagged by his father to work harder. Chien-Pe, a crippled thug who controls a gang, starts heckling him one day. Chung fights and beats them, resulting in his dismissal from his work. Chien then approaches his supervisor, Tai Chung, for assistance in locating Chung.
