Millennial entrepreneurs, Max and Drew, run a webcast that streams exorcisms which can be, in reality, elaborately staged hoaxes. When the actress of today gets strangely possessed by a real superhero that retains the crew hostage Nevertheless they get their comeuppance. To make things worse-- that the victim is the fiancée of Drew. Infront of the rapidly-growing global audience, the demon subjects Max to some set. Meanwhile, in a effort to conserve his life's love, Drew discovers that the menacing motive of the demon is not simply about revenge, but to expose the shadowy secrets Lane, Max, and he have been hiding from one another.
