Police

Mangin, a police inspector in Paris, leans hardon informants to get evidence on three brothers that traffic in drugs. He arrests one, Simon, along with his girl friend Noria. Simon's brothers head for their lawyer. He springs Noria, who promptly steals. They suspect her of this thieving. Her life in addition to the lawyer's is in peril. Noria and the attorney and the affections of Mangin are having fun. Mangin bloodying suspects, falling before turning to get Noria for a police charge trainee, wearing his emotions on his sleeve : intimidating and is mercurial any way. Can he rescue the attorney and Noria, and can he convince her to love?
