Moondance Alexander

The curiously named, Moondance Alexander is just a spirited living with her eccentric mother. Before she discovers a lost pin to pony named Checkers who has jumped out of his 23, she is faced with the other summer. Although Moondance yields the horse to the gruff, his rightful owner and mysterious Dante Longpre, she's convinced that Checkers is really just a winner jumper in disguise and is determined to help him attain his potential. Moondance Checkers and manages to speak Dante into coaching her for the Bow Valley Classic and despite the criticism of her peers. Finds that individuality, loyalty and perseverance may land you in the winner's circle.
