Kung Fu Masters 3

Oogway battles a bull enemy named Kai in the spirit realm, who has defeated all of the realm's other kung fu masters and stolen their chi. Oogway is also entangled and has his chi taken, but warns Kai that the Dragon Warrior, Po, will put an end to it. Kai sees this as an invitation to steal the Dragon Warrior's chi and returns to the mortal realm. Meanwhile, Master Shifu announces his retirement from teaching and hands over the position to Po. Po, who was initially ecstatic, soon realizes that teaching kung fu is not as simple as he had hoped, and the Furious Five suffer as a result. Po is depressed as a result of his failure, but Shifu advises him to try to be himself instead of trying to be a teacher. Po returns home and encounters a panda named Li Shan, whom he and Li Shan both recognize as his long-lost biological father. They form an instant bond, to to the chagrin of Po's adoptive father, Mr. Ping.
