American Dreams in China

During the 80's' reform period, three undergraduates bind with a frequent vision -- to live the dream. They truly are a hillbilly who won't accept his destiny of being a farmer, Cheng Dongqing. Meng Xiaojun, a self-confidentintellectual. And Wang Yang. Xiaojun may be your first for analyzing abroad to obtain an US Visa. Yang follows but decides to remain at China for his or her beloved. The US Embassy rejects poor Dongqing . Baffledhe reluctantly accepts the job as an instructor from the university however finally becomes fired for teaching tutorial classes in private. Round the Pacific, Xiaojun fails to find a job and is driven to behave as a bus boy at a diner.
