Alex & Emma

Writer Alex Sheldon (Luke Wilson) has to finish his novel within a calendar month. He won't get paid if he does not off. And, if that comes to pass, mad Mafia types to whom he owes money will come searching for him personally. In order to expedite things, Alex hires typist Emma Dinsmore (Kate Hudson) and starts compiling his publication. The publication is all about a doomed love affair between a personality similar to Alex and also a personality called Polina Delacroix (Sophie Marceau). However, as Alex falls for Emma, his job takes a different turn.
